Join Longrain’s head chef, Long Le, for an immersive cooking class to celebrate cooking over fire, showcasing using Thai ingredients, flavours and techniques to impress your guests at your next dinner party.

Grab a welcome glass of Champagne with chef Long Le to get the low–down on Longrain favourites like our classic betel-leaf snack and substantial dishes like char-grilled Isaan-style chicken – the perfect things to spice up your next barbecue.

Chef Long will teach you how to prep, cook and plate up a stunning grill-driven menu, and star mixologist Noah Esposito has matched three drinks with this menu for you to enjoy. Better still, Noah will also demonstrate how to create a signature Longrain cocktail to kick off your next soiree.

We’ll end the class by enjoying a banquet lunch together, and you’ll leave with recipes in hand so you can replicate these dishes and a cocktail at home.
